Essential Qualification: BDS degree, Registered with DCI. Desirable: Added dental public health-related qualifications Experience of working in public health-related projects. Basic knowledge of computer and computer-based applications. Duration: Initially up to 3 1 st March 2020 and extendable up to the completion of the project.

VACANCY FOR SENIOR RESIDENTS

Walk-in-Interview for filling-up the following vacant posts on tenure basis will be held
on 30.12.2013, at 10.00 AM in the office of Director Principal (Room No.210), Level-2 Block-D
(Hospital Building), GMCH, Chandigarh:-

Dentistry/ Two posts Oral and maxillofacial 
surgery and one for conservative dentistry and 
endodontic.


The applicants(s) should come with application format duly filled up alongwith photocopies of 
relevant certificates / testimonials, a recent passport size photograph and non-refundable fee of Rs.500/- 
{Rs.250/- in case of SC candidate(s)} by means of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Director Principal, 
GMCH, Chandigarh, payable at Chandigarh on 30.12.2013 at 10.00 AM in the office of undersigned. The 
applicants must also come with original certificates/testimonials. 


The above said posts are tenure posts and the appointments will be made for the 
period of 06 months from the date of joining or till the regular incumbent 
joins through regular selections, whichever is earlier, being tenure post, 
subject to the condition that in case his/her work and conduct does not found 
satisfactory at any stage, his/her services shall be terminated without assigning 
any reason. Senior Residency, if done, in any Central Institution/ Hospital under the 
Central Residency Scheme, the same shall be counted while working out the tenure 
of three years so as the maximum period of Senior Residency does not exceed three 
years.
